I like the usage of the back pack application for both the foundation and eave sprays. Thank you for texting or calling the day before you arrive. Reliable Exterminators sent Jason to take care of our insect problem today and he did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and did the job efficiently and was very courteous. Nice youngman. Don't believe he went into the basement. Please provide your tech's with boot covers in bad weather.

Ran into Javierduring his normal spraying routine and had a good conversation about the service and what I was seeing, which is all good. Added some spaces that were previously not included due to a child care situation. He was very helpful.

Good job - I like being able to accompanying the Tech. so I can see whether there’s been any activity. Don’t get that when I set traps outside to be serviced. Didn’t go with Tech. to outside traps, but he came back and told me what he observed.
