Reliable Exterminators sent Jason to take care of our insect problem today and he did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and did the job efficiently and was very courteous. Nice youngman. Don't believe he went into the basement. Please provide your tech's with boot covers in bad weather.

Ran into Javierduring his normal spraying routine and had a good conversation about the service and what I was seeing, which is all good. Added some spaces that were previously not included due to a child care situation. He was very helpful.

Good job - I like being able to accompanying the Tech. so I can see whether there’s been any activity. Don’t get that when I set traps outside to be serviced. Didn’t go with Tech. to outside traps, but he came back and told me what he observed.

I like the usage of the back pack application for both the foundation and eave sprays. Thank you for texting or calling the day before you arrive. We had Reliable come out and spray the exterior/interior of our home for pests. The promptness and level of service are so good. Jason was who helped us out and I can't thank him enough.

I get the 3- month mouse service where they have boxes of bait outside. The mice do not come in the house but go somewhere else to die.
This is the best thing I have done to my home in 19 years. I used to only get a few mice each year but not being afraid to pick up a pile of laundry is great!!!

We had a hornets making a nest in the cinder blocks in the foundation of our house, close to our back door! They came out when they said they would be here, explained what they would do. We only saw a couple of hornets the next day, then they were gone. There is a 30 day guarantee. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if we need them.
