We had an insect infestation in a recently purchased wood hutch. Technician was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was expected. I get the 3- month mouse service where they have boxes of bait outside. The mice do not come in the house but go somewhere else to die.
This is the best thing I have done to my home in 19 years. I used to only get a few mice each year but not being afraid to pick up a pile of laundry is great!!!

Mr. Patrie was very friendly, respectful, and informative. He is very cheerful. He explained clearly what I needed to know. He asked permission to see parts of the house and to use doors. At one point, this place was my go-to exterminators. They were very efficient, friendly, and have a wealth of information they can share with you about any pest related issues you are experiencing. Overall, I feel they are a company worthwhile to give your business to. My last interaction with them wasn’t such a stellar experience as I don’t think they fully understood my issue and questions regarding the matter, but I’m sure this was a one-off experience and surely hope it isn’t a bad sign. Based on that, I did take one star from them, but will edit my review as my continued experience with them evolves.
Marcel is the best! Does a great job and is informative. He treats people more like a friend than a customer, and still gets the job done! Would highly recommend!
Jeff was awesome. He gave us a lot of great information and was very thorough in helping look for signs of our unwanted guests.
Jason was very honest in telling me that he broke the garden bee. He even noted on the bill that Reliable would reimburse replacement cost. After looking at it more closely, I will try to reattach with glue or something similar. No need to replace. Honesty wins.
