Mr. Patrie was very nice and seemed to be quite knowledgeable.We have a new dog, so this was a little awkward with a loud barking dog, but Patrick handled it admirably. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Mr. Patrie was very friendly, respectful, and informative. He is very cheerful. He explained clearly what I needed to know. He asked permission to see parts of the house and to use doors. He asked if there was anything else I needed before he left. I felt very equipped to tell my husband what our situation was with the roaches. I really appreciate all that was done.

At one point, this place was my go-to exterminators. They were very efficient, friendly, and have a wealth of information they can share with you about any pest related issues you are experiencing. Overall, I feel they are a company worthwhile to give your business to. My last interaction with them wasn’t such a stellar experience as I don’t think they fully understood my issue and questions regarding the matter, but I’m sure this was a one-off experience and surely hope it isn’t a bad sign. Based on that, I did take one star from them, but will edit my review as my continued experience with them evolves.
Marcel is the best! Does a great job and is informative. He treats people more like a friend than a customer, and still gets the job done! Would highly recommend!
Jeff was awesome. He gave us a lot of great information and was very thorough in helping look for signs of our unwanted guests.
Jason was very honest in telling me that he broke the garden bee. He even noted on the bill that Reliable would reimburse replacement cost. After looking at it more closely, I will try to reattach with glue or something similar. No need to replace. Honesty wins.

Jim does a really nice job with the application. I was very DISAPPOINTED that I was told when I scheduled the appointment that my charge would be the same as the previous year, and it ended up being $60 more. I will tolerate it this one time.
