I cannot say enough good things about this company and the technician who came out to service my apartment! I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he was absolutely wonderful. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I moved into an apartment that had roaches before I arrived. I was dealing with the aftermath. He took the time to explain how roaches can make their way into apartments, what to look out for, and what he was doing throughout the treatment process. As he sprayed and applied gel bait, he explained what each product was for and how it worked. When he pulled out my refrigerator, he even showed me the dead roaches and egg sacks so I could better understand what was going on. What really stood out to me, though, was how he handled the situation. Having roaches in your home can be embarrassing, especially when you’re doing everything you can to keep your apartment clean and get rid of them, but he never once made me feel uncomfortable or judged. He said something along the lines of, “It’s not embarrassing to have roaches, but it is embarrassing to keep them and that did the right thing by calling them”. That really stuck with me and made me feel so much better. I asked him probably a hundred questions about the treatment, what I had been seeing, and even his career, and he was more than happy to answer every single one. You could genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. It’s not every day you come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping people. I feel so much more at ease after having him come out, and I am incredibly grateful that he was the technician assigned to my apartment. Employees like him are a reflection of a great company. I hope management knows what an asset they have! Highly recommend!
