Highly recommend Reliable Exterminators! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He carefully inspected the area we were concerned about, clearly explained the signs of carpenter ants versus termites, and also identified a window flashing issue that was contributing to the moisture problem. I really appreciated that he gave practical recommendations without trying to sell us unnecessary treatments. Very honest, helpful, and reasonably priced service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Philip Patrie came out to our house and explained all that was going on on our cut tree log by our house...we thought that it was maybe termites - but was not. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mr. Patrie was very nice and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. We have a new dog, so this was a little awkward with a loud barking dog, but Patrick handled it admirably. It was a pleasure to meet him.
