Reliable Exterminators is seeking an organized, friendly, and strategic Customer Service Representative to join our team from March through November. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
As the voice of Reliable Exterminators, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by:
- Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Answering basic pest-related questions and guiding customers to solutions
- Scheduling service appointments across a 14-county service area
- Coordinating technician routes efficiently and strategically
- Building strong relationships through clear, friendly, and efficient conversations
Once fully trained (typically within 2–3 months), you can expect to handle 30–40 calls per day. It’s a busy role, but you’ll be supported every step of the way with training, tools, and a team that has your back.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- March through November (winters off!)
